Nikkah (Marriage)
Nikkah - Marriage Contract
The procedure for getting married is as follows:
1. Go to the city hall of your city (husband and wife to-be). Note: the bride to-be must be accompanied by her mahram.
2. Go to the clerk’s desk and ask for a marriage license.
3. Provide I.D. (ex.passport, P.R card, drivers license etc.) and all necessary information upon request.
4. You will be charged $125 (subject to change) and then given a marriage license.
5. Contact one of the assigned Imams and arrange a time date and venue for the nikah.

6. The fee for the imam’s services is $100.
